With the project set to expire in December 2016, the Community Climate Change Project held a workshop at the PKSF Bhaban on June 22-23, 2016 on the issues concerning the project completion and on preparing an action plan accordingly.
Programme managers/coordinators and accountants of all 41 sub-projects attended the two-day workshop titled "Preparedness Issues of Project Completion" inaugurated by PKSF Managing Director Md. Abdul Karim. Deputy Managing Director (Operations) Md. Fazlul Kader, CCCP Project Coordinator Dr. Fazle Rabbi Sadeque Ahmad and CCCP Project Management Unit staff members attended the workshop.
A range of topics -- including lessons learnt, successes and constraints of the project, sustainability of the interventions, issues to be addressed before the project completion etc. -- were discussed at the event. The CCCP PMU authorities issued a set of guidelines and instructions for the PIPs to follow for smooth completion of the project.
